Hello! Hearty thanks for showing up! Today, I'm gonna help you in rising early. Waking up late is the problem of 80% of youth. you might offend me by saying, its teenage! if you don;t enjoy now, when will you do that! of course you can do that. If you have a burning desire in your heart or you got big dreams then, you have to remove the concept of 'enjoyment'. I'm not recommending you to become a sage or a monk. I'm just saying enjoy the work towards your goals & dreams. Its might be comfortable for you dreaming fancy cars and diamond rings in your bed. If you can be satisfied with that, you can just stay in bed. If you truly want the things you always dream,you have to jump outta bed before the sun rises.
I appreciate you for showing interest in getting up early. first of all lemme clear that getting up early is not easy like biting a piece from the chocolate cake! It needs to be executed in a scheduled way. It should be a part of your lifestyle. It's impossible to get up at 5:00 AM if you're used to getting up at 7:00 AM. You have to understand that alarm won't help you. Only motivation & desire to rise early will help! We all know that 99.9% of successful people are early risers. So, why not we be one of them?
1. Instead of making it a big deal, let's start small. We all need training that should facilitate gradual improvement. Try getting up 10-15 minutes than you used to be. If you get up at 7:00 AM, try 6:45 first. Then, sequence it to the desired time like 5:00 AM.
2. Mentally prepare that you have to get up early. Treat is as it is your duty, obligation, and responsibility. If your brain doesn't know it, your body cannot do it. So, manipulate your thinking pattern for your benefit.
3. Always get excited about what you're gonna do after waking up. It could be something like physical training, reading books, gardening. Always be excited about the task you wanna do after waking up. That will help you in motivating.
4. Place the alarm across your room. If it's beside you, I'm sure you will hit that evil snooze button. Hitting snooze button will encourage you to go back to bed. By doing that it will give you little conscious. In that meantime, you will have scope to remind that exciting thing.
5. Remove the concept of ' 5 minutes'. Every one of us always wants to sleep for 5 move minutes, but that 5 minutes may accumulate up to 60 minutes. Destruction! SO, the moment you wake up, just jump outta bed. The '5 minutes' concept is for failures.
6. Remember the law of vice versa. sleep 1 hour early to wake up 1 hour early. Balance it like a counter weight.
These are the techniques helped me to rise early. Rising early is the most important trait of successful people. While you're sleeping in the bed, someone somewhere might be investing that time to get smarter. He/She may snatch our opportunities. So, don't be a stupid! be a Hustler!
