"Live as if you were to die tomorrow, learn as if you we to live tomorrow"
~ Mahatma Gandhi
Hello everyone! what's up? after a long time! now in this post, we are going to learn something to be a learner! huh! what? sounds weird? No problem! honestly, answer yourself. Have you learned anything new today? Just answer to yourself.
Life is about learning and improving ourselves every day. It's not about what you have learned or how much you have learned. it's about, have your learned or not? Of course I learn everyday. I learn by observing people, situations and reading books. I'm a book worm. i make sure that I'm not the same person who was yesterday. I always strive to develop my personality.I know it won't happen in a single day or hour. It takes lot of time with passion and dedication. Rome was not built overnight.
Whatever you do, keep learning every day regarding your desired aspects. If your passion is cooking, learn a new technique or tip everyday. Read the books related to cooking. Like wise, you will accumulate great knowledge.
1) Carry a book wherever you go. We spend so much time waiting in line, sitting in traffic and waiting on appointments. Why not use that time for reading good books? most people feel that they do not have the time to read, but with a little creativity you can find the time.
2) Reading is a powerful way to gain many years of experience from a few hours of study. For instance, most biographies reflect the strategies and philosophies of great leaders and courageous individuals.
3) Some elite performers read a book in a day. We have truly entered the age of massive information and who are proactive can use this to their advantage. the more you know, less you fear.
4) All the answers to any questions are in print. how to be a public speaker, how to improve relation with others, how to develop memory. All aspects of personality development are dealt with books.
5) Remember the principle of association; " Who you will be in 5 years from today essentially comes down to 2 primary influences: the people you spend your days with and the books you read"
If you can read, You can change yourself. I personally experienced the change within me. I thank ROBIN SHARMA for his books & philosophies. My 1st book was 'The monk who sold his Ferrari' . It led to a mini book collection on my study desk.It is my all time favorite. It taught me some valuable lessons. I recommend you to update yourself every day with some knowledge related to your area of interest. One day you will be an expert in that. And I heartfully thank you for coming here!
