"To enjoy the glow of good health, you must exercise"
- Gene Tunney
Hey! what's up? How's your day going on? How are you feeling today? Have you done your exercise today? yeah! ' Have you done your exercise today?' the question might sound unusual and different for you. but, not for me. Exercise is a part of my daily routine. I kick start every day with jogging. It doesn't only keep my body fit, but also my brain. It also helps me to stay active & cheerful all the day. It gives my long lasting supplement to my energy.
Exercise gives relaxation to every part of the body and improves the blood flow. The brain will work effectively with good blood flow which helps in your professional/academic life. It also enables free movement of the body and make you feel light.
With my personal experience, I can say exercise gives you peace of mind, positive vibes in your body. After going through a book of Robin Sharma called MEGALIVING, I made some changes in my daily routine. I just created 1 hour in the morning by paying 1 hour of bedtime in early the morning and then I installed a program called EXERCISE. Trust me! results were astonishing. With no doubt, I say that the exercise transformed me. Now, I can actively participate in listening to lectures in class.
Before his championship matches, chess superstar Bobby Fisher did not spend his days studying the chess strategies nor practicing the game. He focused most of his training on becoming physically fit by running long distances and doing laps in the swimming pool to increase his physical stamina and mental endurance.
Top executives, world leaders and other elite performers all have one thing in common: they have understood the power of exercise on daily basis as a tool for self-mastery.
Here are some benefits you will get from exercise on daily basis:
- Increase in your energy levels and stamina.
- A higher state of health and ideal weight.
- Better muscle tone and a trimmer physique.
- A much more relaxed & serene mental outlook.
- More enthusiasm & confidence.
- Greater alertness.
- Less illness and more productivity.
- More discipline in all areas of your life.
- Increased blood circulation and oxygenation.
- Much greater resistance to stress.
Physical mastery will rocket you to a vital life quicker. Once you're on a fitness program, you will become so used to it that it becomes a daily habit like brushing your teeth and showering.
Here are some activities that will help in achieving physical mastery:
- Martial arts, Yoga
- Gardening

- Hitting gym ( Best one)
It's time to decide! Do you wanna be master of your body (or) just wanna roll in the bed? everything I compose and write is based on my personal experience. I started this blog to share useful information and my experiences which may help you at any point of your life.
Thank you for being here! a hearty appreciation to all of you!
