' Have you done your exercise today?' the question might sound unusual and different for you. but, not for me. Exercise is a part of my daily routine. I kick start every day with jogging. It doesn't only keep my body fit, but also my brain. It also helps me to stay active & cheerful all the day. It gives my long lasting supplement to my energy.
